Or is amazing! I highly recommend Or’s services to everyone seeking to heal (on all
dimensions) and get stronger. He is very patient with beginners, and I always feel very safe in
his classes. He pays deep attention to everyone in his semi-private Pilates classes, on a level I
haven’t seen from any other instructors, even noticing my breathing and reminding me to
breathe deeply. He tailors his classes to his clients in a way that makes each class different and
exciting. In private Pilates classes, Or also takes the time to educate you on Pilates, which is
helpful and important. Or is very knowledgeable and professional, and he will make sure you
feel comfortable and safe in all of his classes.
I did my first Reiki session with Or and felt that he was the perfect Reiki master to do my first
session — he took the time to answer all of my questions and explain Reiki to me. The whole
session was extremely relaxing. Or talked me through his sensations during the session and
welcomed my communication without making me feel like I had to share anything if I didn’t want
to. I felt very safe the whole time, as he created such a welcoming and comfortable
environment. At the end of the session, he summarized everything that happened and gave me
more time to ask
